    Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S.

    Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

    Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and other internal/external HR data governance and audit requirements.

    Responsible for troubleshooting, and correcting technical problems affecting internal and external customers in a timely manner. This may include software issues, changes, and enhancements.
    Responsible for ongoing system maintenance and design.

    This includes, but is not limited to the documentation and implementation of HR systems, maintenance of system configuration, HR data processes and documentation, outline of specifications, gathering of data requirements, modification of workflows, review and maintenance of integration points, etc.

    Practices business consulting by analyzing the company's current processes and recommending solutions.
    Responsible for developing, revising and implementing HR business processes
    Coordinates the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflows.
    Responsible for creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and conducting HR data analyses.
    Develops and maintains advanced system training material, end user documentation, and assists with end user training delivery.

    Liaisons and coordinates with internal IT staff, serving as a SME on cross-functional project teams to ensure the effective integration of HR systems and processes with global other business applications, as appropriate.

    Assists in the development and execution/management of the HR technology roadmap

    Executes implementation and testing of bi-annual upgrades/product releases, weekly service updates, and new features and modules for HR enhancement initiatives.

    Responsible for analyzing, testing and communicating the scope of system releases to appropriate stakeholders to ensure smooth transition upon implementation.

    Serves as the functional and technical point of contact for assigned functional areas.
    May communicate with third party vendors regarding file transfers, file specifications, and resolves issues as appropriate.
    Safeguards confidential information.
    Performs other functions and duties as required.

    Education & Experience:

    Minimum Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

    Minimum Experience:

    5+ years of experience of HRIS or information systems experience. HR and Workday experience required. Global experience preferred. Integration experience required. BIRT experience preferred.

    Knowledge & Skills:

    Special Skills:
    Effective communication, analytical, auditing, data management and reporting skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail, proactive, and high quality results driven. Ability to explain ideas and concepts in a simplified manner. Ability to consult as a technical expert in new

    integration/interface

    development including gathering requirements, design, documentation, development, testing and deployment. Ability to work with all levels in the organization.

    Specialized Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of HR processes and data as they relate to Human Resource information systems and applications. Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, third party interfaces, system functions, and processes. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.

    Theoretical and practice knowledge necessary to understand what solutions have worked in the past and about how to improve upon past mistakes.

    Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies.
