    Currently we offer flexibility for our teams to work a hybrid schedule which provides the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.

    As a

    Global Account Services Specialist Level II

    you will


    work with global customers in multiple segments by coordinating group and transient hotel bookings from key global accounts via telephone and email.

    You will work with both internal and external computer systems and work in tandem with Global Sellers to negotiate special rates and terms for clients and groups utilizing proposals and contracts.

    The groups that you are providing Count on Me Service can range from one hotel room to thousands of hotel rooms and Specialists work through multiple mediums (phones, web, client software and email) to solicit and convert revenue opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing key accounts.

    Your innate ability to foster positive relationships with customers will ensure your success in meeting your revenue targets, service level agreement protocols and working with multiple client contracts simultaneously.

    Reporting to the Global Account Services Supervisor

    you will be empowered to demonstrate your


    proven one year of solid customer service and sales experience and apply your strong time management and communication skills during your training and growth into the role.

    Your established computer navigation skills including outlook email, internet research, and multitasking using various screens and applications

    will enhance your success in an energetic and rewarding environment.
