Work 4 days per week with 2 non-consecutive overnight stays, and start/end in Aberdeen, South Dakota

• Rapid Pay Increases Depending on experience and performance, with the overnight routes will have the expected hourly rate:
  • At hire: $27.50/hr (or more)
  • In 3 mo: $29.50/hr (or more)
  • In 6 mo: $31.00/hr (or more)
  • In 12 mo: $32.00/hr (or more)
  • in 18 mo: $33.00/hr (or more)
  • in 24 mo: $33.50 (current top pay, can get there faster than year 2)
• Extremely low Medical insurance premiums (only $13 bi-weekly for employee only plan)

Then we can help by doing paid on-the-job training where we pair you up with another driver and get you as much hands-on experience as possible so that you can gain the skills to get your CDL and take over your own route

Non-Consecutive Overnight Routes (4 days per week): Start and end the 2 day route at the Aberdeen Warehouse. The first day will start with picking up the loaded trailer and spending significant drive time until reaching your first delivery. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer which requires attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets, working with the customer on where to place their products, getting required signatures, and developing relationships with these repeat customers. The first day will tend to be a longer day. Will be put up for the night and receive $40 per diem for meals for each overnight stay. The next morning will finish deliveries and make the drive back to Aberdeen. There are two overnight route schedules as described below which average 40+ hours per week.

Mon/Tue & Thur/Fri Route

Monday: Longer day driving to remote location and making deliveries with overnight stay (start about 3-4am, work 10-12 hrs)

Tuesday: Shorter day finishing up deliveries and returning to Aberdeen. (start about 3-5am, work 8-10 hrs)

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Longer day driving to remote location and making deliveries with overnight stay (start about 3-4am, work 10-12 hrs)

Friday: Shorter day finishing up deliveries and returning to Aberdeen. (start about 3-5am, work 8-10 hrs)

Tues/Wed & Fri/Sat Route

Monday: Off

Tuesday: Longer day driving to remote location and making deliveries with overnight stay (start about 3-4am, work 10-12 hrs)

Wednesday: Shorter day finishing up deliveries and returning to Aberdeen. (start about 3-5am, work 8-10 hrs)

Thursday: Off

Friday: Longer day driving to remote location and making deliveries with overnight stay (start about 3-4am, work 10-12 hrs)

Saturday: Shorter day finishing up deliveries and returning to Aberdeen (start about 3-5am, work 8-10 hrs)

(may occasionally run a Thurs/Fri route instead of a Fri/Sat route)

(currently not open) Aberdeen - Sioux Falls Shuttle Route:

Evening route working Sun - Thurs starting at about 11pm pulling full doubles from Aberdeen to Sioux Falls, unhook the full trailers and attach two empties, then return to Aberdeen

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs

Driver Requirements:

• 18 years old
• Current Class A CDL, or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Have a good driving record

Required Education:

• High school or equivalent
