    Ericsson is hiring an Executive Assistant to work with the CEO of Market Area North America. Reporting directly tothe CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serves as aliaison to
    senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations effortsand oversees special projects.
    The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

    This position will be located onsite in Plano, Texas.

    What you will do:
    • Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up of staff meetings/all employee meetings, special events(including teambuilding and employee engagement activities), training, and workshops (i.e. internal and offsite meetings, etc.) which includes creating the agenda, making travel arrangements, preparing,and disseminating meeting materials and information
    • Exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling C-level matters.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support, managing day-to-day activities, prioritizing calendars,and resolving issues as they arise
    • Proactively drive improvement and implementation of administrative processes
    • Utilize exceptional organizational skills for scheduling, call follow-up, triage, and decision-making,ensuring efficient workflow.
    • Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders within and outside the organization.
    • Drive the development of strategic documents, high impact presentations, insightful reports, andpolished correspondence.
    • Manage end-to-end travel planning, including logistics and expense report preparation.
    • Provide support with the use of Ericsson administrative tools and processes.
    You will bring:
    • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, lead independently, and drive activities with minimal direction toachieve established objectives and meet deadlines.
    • 5+ years minimum of corporate experience, including 2+ years minimum as an ExecutiveAdministrative Assistant, preferably working in a large, international environment.
    • Time management skills across multiple time zones
    • Flexibility to communicate and complete tasks during non-traditional working hours.
    • Outstanding problem-solving and execution skills with ability to anticipate and proactively coordinatevarious priorities.
    • High degree of professionalism when engaging with diverse groups of people, including seniorexecutives, staff, customers, and community leaders
    • Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
