    Job Title: ELR Sr. Representative

    Department: Health System Shared Services | Human Resource Administration

    Job Description: The ELR Sr. Representative is responsible for various tasks within the Employee and Labor Relations Department to maintain positive employee relationships and ensure smooth operations. Duties include managing communication, performance evaluations, investigations, labor relations, processing grievances, and interpreting university policies.

    The ELR Sr. Representative also handles research, data collection, and information delivery for public records requests and subpoenas. Utilizing tools like ServiceNow, OnBase, and Workday, they enter employee actions, create necessary documentation, and maintain personnel records. Additionally, they assist with ELR projects, generate reports, gather information, and support team members in drafting communication.

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and at least 4 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles.
