    Nephrologist (New Grads Accepted) - Locations: Poughkeepsie/Newburgh/ Kingston

    Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available

    Job Type: Full-Time
    Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shifts)
    Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Board-Certified Nephrologist to join a well-established and growing practice in the Hudson Valley region. This position offers an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive nephrology across inpatient and outpatient settings with a strong focus on quality patient care and work-life balance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide consultative and ongoing care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.

    • Manage patients requiring dialysis, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.

    • Participate in hospital rounds and outpatient clinic coverage.

    • Collaborate with hospitalists, primary care providers, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.

    • Perform nephrology-related procedures such as kidney biopsies and dialysis catheter placements (if applicable).

    • Participate in equitable call rotation among group members.

    • Engage in teaching, research, and quality improvement activities as desired.

    Qualifications:

    • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

    • Completion of an accredited Nephrology Fellowship program.

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.

    • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York.

    • New graduates are welcome to apply.
