    Executive Director - Private Debt Mobilization (PDM) - Global Debt Financing (GDF)

    United States of AmericaWHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGIdentifies and pursues new sales prospects within existing or untapped markets.

    Gathers market intelligence, generates leads, and develops proposals/campaigns to garner new business, ensuring a consistent flow of new revenues to the company.

    Uses knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, future trends and potential projects.


    Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:


    Achieving annual revenue budget and overall business metrics set forth for their product area, specifically distribution volumes and secondary distribution.

    Act as a syndicated loan specialist covering Santander's Corporate and Institutional clients and expected to assist with the bank's origination and distribution activitiesManages and has proper seniority to oversee junior professionals during the due diligence and underwriting process for potential transactionsOversees deal teams during underwriting process and marketing of the transactionsQualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

    Work Experience:
    years of experience in Business Development or related experience

    Skills and Abilities:
    Demonstrated thought leader in banking products and services.

    Working Conditions:
    Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

    The base annual salary range for this position is $220,000-$270,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location
