Automotive Technician Opportunity at Northway Toyota

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance and repair work on new and used vehicles
• Install accessories and conduct new vehicle pre-delivery inspections
• Maintain current knowledge of vehicle systems and service needs through regular factory-sponsored trainings

Requirements:

• At least six months of prior experience as a technician, preferably in a dealership setting
• Basic knowledge of vehicle electronic components, theory, systems, and testing tools and procedures
• Skill in diagnosing and repairing all key vehicle systems and components
• Knowledge of proper procedures for handling hazardous materials and using tools and equipment safely
• Basic writing skills to record work performed and recommended future service requirements on repair orders
• Reliable with good attendance, work ethic, and time management skills
• Valid, insurable driver's license and ability to pass a background check
