$ $45.00/hrJOB SUMMARYThe Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for following the patient's plan of care and providing treatment under the supervisor of the Registered Nurse.
DUTIES AND RESPSONSIBILITYImplement plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.

Collect assessment data and performs observation to report to and collaborate with RN(s) and physician(s).Participate in coordination of home health services with interdisciplinary team.

Use equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.
Participate in personal and professional growth and development.

JOB REQUIREMENTSValid CA Licensed Vocational Nurse LicenseMaintain a current CPR certification2+ years of experience working in direct patient careMust be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working orderWHY MUIR HOME HEALTH?Muir Home Health is part of the Cornerstone Group with about 75 home health and hospice agencies throughout the country.
