- Follow department work order schedule based on priorities.
- Perform designated inspection and cleaning operations per drawing/ work order requirements.
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical guides, and protectors to measure and validate the quality of work.
- Cross-train with multiple production departments as a backup operator for well-rounded production experience and skill building.
- Perform quality checks on parts completed; validate the quality of your work independently and validate individual parts produced against customer specifications.
- Collaborate with quality team for process improvements, while maintaining accurate records.
- Due to ITAR requirements, we can only consider American Citizens for this position.
- Must have at least 20/20 vision – with vision correction aides (i.e. glasses, contacts)
- Must be able to remain seated and/or standing for extended periods
- Must be able to operate shop resources with arms and hands
- Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen that includes marijuana
- Attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to ignore distractions while working
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, promptly reporting concerns and leading by example in PPE usage and safety procedures.
