    We are looking for a Windows Desktop Systems Analyst to join our team of devoted caregivers. You will strive to provide a safe, secure, and stable computing environment daily.

    Your primary duties will include:
    Complete routine support and designated project assignments. Provide input to develop solutions. Assist with project documentation. Provide operational and business objectives.


    The Ideal future caregiver:
    Has strong communication, Intune management and/or MEM management skills. Is a self-started and can multitask in a stressful situation. Works well in a close-knit, teambuilding environment. Comes prepared with a willingness to learn and share knowledge. Has extensive workstation administration experience, including Windows 10 and 11.

    The primary location for this position will be at Cleveland Clinic Administrative Campus (CCAC) with the opportunity to go remote after the first 6-12 months.

    Responsibilities:
    Completes departmental projects and ongoing application support.
    Assists with scope and task plan development.
    Provides input to resource requirement development.
    Supports development of information system requirements.
    Develops process flow charts and reports on project status.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Education:
    Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

    Certifications:


    For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start plexity of Work:Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Must be able to work in a stressful environment.


    Work Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in information technology dealing with applications development and support, or end user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position

    Offset:
    High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and more than 3 years of experience

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)


    Experience with VB scripting or PowerShellExperience with Group PoliciesExperience with Active Directory3+ years of experience in physical desktop and virtual desktop computing environments.

    3+ years of experience directing system-level design and configuration of products including determination of hardware, OS, and other platform specifications3+ years desktop engineering and troubleshooting experienceA thorough understanding of desktop image build and deployment technologiesPhysical Requirements:
    High degree of dexterity to produce materials on a computer.
    Requires normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech, mobility sufficient to attend meetings.
    Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
    The position must be available after hours for support by pager and computer dial-in.
