    Description

    The Brand Manager for Rest of World (ROW) - Latin America and Middle East/Africa will plan, develop and implement brand, category management, innovation, and marketing plans and program activities aligned to the global vision to drive awareness, household penetration, and growth. Responsibilities include partnering with local marketing teams to develop and execute brand strategy and marketing programs, portfolio management, and the coordination of sales, cross functional teams, and suppliers as directed.

    Reporting to the ROW Marketing Director, the Brand Manager for this high-growth business leads marketing efforts and partners with local teams to implement marketing strategies that drive growth. Candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish.

    Key Job Responsibilities:
    • Partner with ROW Marketing Director and local teams to define marketing, communication, and new product strategies for Latin America and Middle East/Africa, aligning with the global and local teams
    • Partner closely with markets where we have a presence today and new markets for launch, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure business success
    • Design, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns in line with the global-regional-local marketing strategy and measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Manage agencies and campaigns for regional communication plans. Ensure consistent, relevant, and powerful execution of global brand messaging across markets
    • Define new product and market launches, then partner with the commercialization and local teams to execute. Monitor performance in market
    • Manage efforts of cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business activities
    • Understand key consumer, market, and competitive performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights
    • Assist with financial planning in each market, helping each market to develop plans and forecasts that drive growth and achieve profit objectives for the company
    • Assist in planning and reporting for ROW marketing team to inform data-based decisions for brand growth
    • Partner with global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and local marketing teams to develop and execute optimal price/pack offerings in each country

    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

    Qualifications

    Education and Work History:
    • Strong progressive Marketing background with 3-5 years of experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
    • Consumer Packaged Goods or Food Industry experience preferred
    • Global experience desired
