    Your Role: A valued member of our team, you'll deliver exceptional care as an LPN, fostering a nurturing environment for our residents. Your expertise will be showcased in administering medications and treatments with precision, maintaining meticulous records of care provided, and guiding nursing assistants and hospitality aides in daily duties.

    Your Responsibilities:
    • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
    • Provide detailed records of medical and nursing care for residents.
    • Delegate daily resident care duties and monitor their delivery.
    • Transcribe and carry out physician orders, assisting with visits when needed.
    • Participate in resident care planning, evaluating physical and psychological needs.
    • Evaluate and respond to residents' physical and psychological needs appropriately.
    • Assist with admissions and discharges, as well as managing nursing staff.
    • Treat all resident information confidentially.

    Requirements:
    • Current and valid LPN license in the state where you'll provide care.
    • Judgment, initiative, and dependability.
    • Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently.
    • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout shifts.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
