- Assist in the completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and reporting processes
- Conduct data analysis in regards to cost, such as raw material, labor, packaging, etc.
- Collaborate with various teams across the business to help improve KPIs
- Work with various teams across the business to provide financial support in regards to cost improvements, trends, and profitability
- Prepare annual operating, long-range strategic plans, and other ad hoc analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting
- Manufacturing/Consumer Goods industry experience required
- Cost and inventory experience a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Ample written and verbal communication skills
