Under the direction of the Operations and Clinical Managers, a Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of specific areas of testing or support services.
Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology or Biological Science required.
Preferred Education:
None.
Required Work Experience: 5 or more year's full time experience required.
License/Registration/Certification:
ASCP certified generalist or categorical Technologist or equivalent accreditation required.
Other:
Demonstrates autonomy, critical thinking skills and has skillset required to oversee shift operations.
Capability and capacity to lead multiple projects and assist with staffing needs under the direction of department leadership.
Experience and high proficiency with computers required. Web based application experience, Microsoft applications including excel experience required.
