Description

All-4-One HHS, Inc. is seeking PCA's for Full-Time or Part-Time to provide Home Health services for our patients in their homes. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the specified services to meet our client's needs in coordination with the (POC) Plan of Care.

PCAs must be able to promote and maintain a safe and comfortable environment while providing ADL services working under the supervision of the RN Case Manager.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• PCA or Nurse Aide Certification or C.N.A.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Reliable Transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $12.00 per hour
