    Description

    About the Job:

    Holden Earth Products seeks a skilled equipment operator to join our team at our East Windsor, CT recycling yard.

    The ideal candidate will be familiar with operating loaders, excavators, screeners, or crushers and have experience in processing construction demo into reusable materials.

    We are looking for someone who can run a variety of screens and crushers to produce 6-7 different products and assist in equipment maintenance, including greasing, screen changes, belt repairs, etc.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate various types of heavy equipment
    • Maintain equipment in good working order
    • Process construction demo into reusable materials

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year
    • Health benefits after 60 days of employment
    • Paid holidays after an introductory period
