    **Job Title:** Associate Attorney - Employment Law

    Stinson LLP seeks a highly skilled associate attorney with at least 4 years of employment law experience to join our Denver office.

    The successful candidate should have excellent research, writing, analytical skills, and academics. They should also possess the following experience and skills:

    • Significant work and interest in employment litigation, including wage and hour, employment discrimination, and non-competition litigation;
    • Experience leading EEOC and analogous state/local agency charge responses;
    • Employment counseling and policy drafting/review experience (e.g., separation agreements, non-competes, executive employment agreements); and
    • Experience conducting employment due diligence and supporting M&A transactions a plus.

    The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to manage a challenging workload. We are committed to client service and look for candidates who share that commitment.

    Qualified candidates will have at least 4 years of employment law experience and the ability to handle sophisticated work at a national level. An active Colorado license or eligibility to become admitted to the Colorado bar is required.

    We have a two-component associate compensation structure: (1) a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target) and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. The base salary range for this role is $205,000 - $235,000.
