- 3-5 años de experiencia relevante en la industria culinaria
- Habilidades interpersonales, servicio al cliente y comunicación escrita/oral excelentes
- Conocimientos de costos de alimentos y cómo afectan a una cocina, identificación de productos y calidad
- Deberá tener experiencia con computadoras; incluyendo Microsoft Office (Word, Excel y PowerPoint), Outlook, correo electrónico e Internet
- Experiencia en operaciones de alta velocidad y complejidad en servicios de comida - altamente deseable
- Experiencias en cocciones institucionales y en lote ayudan
