    Descripción del Puesto

    Este individuo será responsable de apoyar al Chef Ejecutivo en la supervisión de las operaciones de la cocina, mientras se mantiene un ambiente de trabajo seguro y higiénico para el personal. Preparará o dirigirá la preparación de comidas según los programas corporativos y directrices.

    Responsabilidades Claves:

    • Coordina las actividades de los empleados de la cocina involucrados en la preparación de servicios de comida
    • Asegura que los alimentos de alta calidad sean preparados creativamente y presentados de manera económica
    • Asiste en todas las fases de planificación, ordenamiento, inventario y preparación de alimentos
    • Apoya a la gestión del control de costos y control de gastos para la cuenta
    • Implementa nuevos programas culinarios en conjunto con los equipos de marketing y culinario
    • Supervisa a sus compañeros de trabajo para garantizar la limpieza, organización y saneamiento general de la cocina
    • Realiza otras tareas asignadas

    Requisitos:

    • Título universitario en Artes Culinarias, Tecnología/ Administración de Servicios de Comida u otra área relacionada; o Título de Asociado en Artes Culinarias con capacitación especializada adicional
    • 3-5 años de experiencia relevante en la industria culinaria
    • Habilidades interpersonales, servicio al cliente y comunicación escrita/oral excelentes
    • Conocimientos de costos de alimentos y cómo afectan a una cocina, identificación de productos y calidad
    • Deberá tener experiencia con computadoras; incluyendo Microsoft Office (Word, Excel y PowerPoint), Outlook, correo electrónico e Internet
    • Experiencia en operaciones de alta velocidad y complejidad en servicios de comida - altamente deseable
    • Experiencias en cocciones institucionales y en lote ayudan
