Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing support to the bartenders in their assigned areas by ensuring bar supplies are at par levels and maintaining a clean, well organized work area.
Set up bars for operation; stock ice, empty garbage, etc. Support bartenders' needs and maintain the bar stock. Report any maintenance problems to the manager. Work in the assigned location and shift according to department needs. Maintain par levels and order bar supplies; deliver orders and stock the bar as needed. Sort corrugated cardboard for recycling. Maintain bar cleanliness in accordance with Southern Nevada Health Department standards. Must be 21 years of age. Six months bar runner experience is preferred. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through on-the-job training or through related experience.
