    Job Description:


    This is a multipurpose position in which duties range from carrying out basic patient care tasks as directed by a licensed Audiologist to overseeing a variety of operational activities for the department between four different locations.

    Job Essentials


    • Assist Audiologists with Pediatric Audiometry, including Visual Reinforcement Audiometry and Conditioned Play Audiometry
    • Create and enter patient documentation and hearing device information into online Medical Records system
    • Perform clerical and organizational tasks in four audiology offices, including new device check-in, hearing aid accessory orders, initiating and tracking insurance preauthorization's, and routine equipment cleaning
    • Communicate with parents of patients to provide answers to questions and access to quality care
    Minimum Qualifications

    * · Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.

    Preferred Qualifications


    • 6 months experience working in a clinical environment.
    • Pursuing an advance degree in Audiology.
    • Certified Nurse Aide certification (C.N.A.).
    • CAOHC certification

    Physical Requirements:
    Carrying, Squatting/kneeling, Sitting, Speaking, Standing, Seeing, Pulling/Pushing, Manual dexterity, Lifting, Hearing/Listening.
