    Job Title:
    Warehouse Manager
    Principal Duties and Responsibilities
    Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

    Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

    Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
    Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

    Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

    Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

    Manages the following:
    Freon Reclaiming
    Removal of Scrap and trash materials
    Maintain the extra's uniforms
    Maintain fleet of delivery vehicles and spares
    Maintain Job Board and work schedules
    Tracking and supporting labor hours
    Support facilities
    Assist with returns/RMA's

    Minimum 5 years experience working in a warehouse environment.
    Minimum 2 years supervisory experience overseeing 2 or more individuals
    Leadership Skills and ability to manage staff
    Possess basic skills in MSOffice Suite applications.
    Possess forklift certification or be able to quickly obtain certification.
    Background working with trades (i.e. Electrical, HVAC, etc.).
    Must have ability to have a flexible work schedule. There are intermittent demands for supporting after-hours and weekend work.
    Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
