Compensation:
$9.00/hr + tips Notice of training period: For the initial 3 weeks of employment, while restaurant is fully operational, all employees will be compensated at $15.00/hour as they will be performing non-tipped work. Upon the opening of the restaurant, employees will be compensated for their tipped role, with all non-tipped work being compensated at the state's minimum wage.

The first 3 weeks will focus on training, obtaining ServeSafe Food Handler and TIPs certifications, and getting oriented into our company culture/operating guidelines.

Upon restaurant opening, responsibilities include but are not limited to Pre-setting the bar Prepare and serve beverages in a timely manner & in accordance to the recipe specifications Receive and process payment through POS terminal Maintaining side work stations Clearing and storing equipment in its proper place at the end of each shift Must be able to handle guests requests courteously and work a flexible schedule with professionalism and respect You are the key member making a mark on our guest experience by making them feel welcomed, comfortable and attended to
