    Description
    The Transportation Analyst will be responsible for follow up of Inbound and outbound transportation and foreign trade management for the plant ensure the correct traceability and chain of custody for inbound and outbound shipments. The analyst will be able to create an operational relationship with inbound and outbound service providers/carriers that serve the plant. Calculate transportation process capability to meet plant & business requirements, including foreign trade regulation. Support the Order Management process to ensure Sales documents are delivered correctly to customers and warehouse operations. This includes import/export documents, invoicing, credit notes, customer and vendor returns.

    What You'll Do for Us
    • Process all documentation related to TMS planning to provide the correct information to the warehouse, carrier, U.S. Customs timely.
    • Submit Customs duty waiver when applicable.
    • Manage forwarders, brokers, and inland carriers.
    • Door to door traceability of shipments - monitoring execution of the inbound and outbound activities to ensure on time delivery of the plant inventory, Supply Chain Contingency management and advice.
    • Coordinate and provide to Finance team the complete information for freight payments through Freight Settlement process in TMS.
    • Support routines - Daily, weekly, monthly attend plant operational meetings to address transportation needs and issues of the plant.
    • Spend management - Analysis of the spend management to identify cost reduction opportunities.
    • Metrics Reporting - Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly transportation metrics to Logistics Manager.
    • Process Improvement - Operational metrics monitoring, action plans to improve the supply chain.
    • Support Order Management Activities to fulfill all the plant and customer requirements.
    • Processing and follow up for Transportation claims and disputes with the logistics suppliers.
    • Comply with the guidelines of Food Safety, Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety), KORE Corporate Standards and any other applicable legal requirements, established or subscribed by the Company, related to your job, complying with the policies, internal plans
    Qualifications & Requirements
    • University/Bachelor's Degree.
    • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
    Related Work Experience
    • Technical skills and certification
    • SAP, SAP TM, U.S. Customs, Transportation, Distribution and Excel knowledge
