Outpatient Physical Therapist

GHR Search is partnered with one of the area's leading providers of outpatient Physical Therapy seeking a full-time permanent PT to join their diverse team. New Grads are encouraged to apply

Physical Therapist Schedule: Monday-Friday, Clinic Hours

Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality healthcare services to our patients, focusing on achieving positive outcomes and ensuring their satisfaction with their physical therapy experience.
Administer treatment to patients, establish measurable functional goals, and address their concerns and inquiries regarding their injury, progress, and potential outcomes.
Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises to supplement their clinical sessions.
Emphasize pain management as a critical aspect of care, utilizing techniques to reduce pain and improve functionality.
Determine appropriate discharge times for patients, instructing them in proper mechanics, ergonomics, and injury prevention strategies.
Pursue ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research and techniques, attending company in-house CEUs, and utilizing the continuing education allowance for seminars, workshops, and other educational opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Michigan PT license required
DPT required
Completion of an accredited PT program required
Outpatient experience preferred
