Description
Our client in the East Valley is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support their HR and Recruiting functions on-site. This is a full-time, direct-hire position reporting directly to senior leadership.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure talent acquisition.
Source talent creatively through various channels to support recruitment objectives and develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with our mission.
Handle employee relations by investigating, resolving, and communicating regarding employee questions, issues, and concerns.
Ensure compliance in all HR areas.
Facilitate new hire orientation and associated paperwork.
Administer benefits and support annual open enrollment.
Process various HR-related forms and transitions.
Execute employee development and succession plans while supporting leadership development to drive organizational results through people.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of HR Generalist experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelors Degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Technical expertise in HR with preference given to candidates holding HR certification.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of workers compensation and OSHA regulations.
Demonstrated ability to handle employee issues professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proven track record of building trust and rapport with teams.
