At Pasadena Villa Outpatient we are seeking a FT Therapist to join our team in Norfolk VA.We provide evidence-based and personalized clinical care for behavioral health conditions. We offer exceptional benefits development opportunities professional training and more.
The Therapist will provide individual and group therapy sessions assess therapeutic needs develop treatment plans act as primary contact advocate serve as liaison coordinate care. Essential Responsibilities include exemplifying 5 Star Service demonstrating high level of clinical skill conducting weekly sessions monitoring interventions providing skills coaching supervising groups selecting interventions maintaining relationships setting limits holding boundaries collaborating with interdisciplinary team attending meetings documenting progress communicating client progress.
