Job summary
The After School Program Staff Lead plays a vital frontline support role in the success of the ELOP program. This individual assists in maintaining the structure, systems, and smooth daily operations of after-school programming at their assigned school site. The Staff Lead model's positive behavior, supports program expectations, and provides in-the-moment assistance to staff and students.Responsibilities
* Assist in implementing daily program activities* Help promote and reinforce established systems, routines, and expectations* Lead by example through positive, professional conduct with students, staff, and school personnel.* Assist with day-to-day logistics and support needs,Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED.* Forty-eight (48) completed college units or Paraprofessional Certificate.* Ability to pass fingerprint clearance through Department of Justice once hired,This position requires constant walking standing bending simple grasping occasional climbing chairs stooping reaching communication using both spoken written means may be required to lift carry up to 25 lbs.
