- Actively manage affiliate portfolio to maximize returns and reduce waste
- Optimize spend allocation according to marketing budget and cost targets
- Onboard new affiliates to build strong partnerships on the back of insights along with performance incentives
- Maintain and foster relationships with existing affiliate partners, providing ongoing support and assistance
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue generated, and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, mar-tech, and sales, to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and incentive programs
- Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management regarding affiliate program performance
- Scale the program to fulfill required lead volume while maintaining or reducing the marketing costs as a percentage of sales
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics or a related field, or equivalent experience accepted
- Proven work experience in lead generation/lead acquisition, preferably in a managerial or leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners
- Experience with performance marketing tracking and management platforms
- Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Required: Microsoft Office 365 Suite, highly proficient with Excel
- Required: Experience with Salesforce, custom CRM, or ERP systems
- Experience with work management platforms?is a plus e.g. Asana, Monday, Jira
