- A bachelor's degree administration, legal, airport real estate, marketing, public entrepreneurship, or other closely in business management, administration, related field.
- Possess eight to ten years of progressive experience in properties, contract management, concessions, DBE program administration, marketing, air service development, and/or information technology and innovation. With at least five (5) years in a leadership capacity overseeing one or more of the divisions and/or functions this position will oversee.
- Ethically minded with a high level of integrity.
- Autonomous; does not require extensive direction or guidance.
- Comfortable and capable of managing and developing a diverse workforce and community.
