    Job Title: Purchasing Contracts Administrator

    Purchasing Contracts Administrator Role:

    • Create, process, track, and maintain all required purchasing contract documentation through duration of construction projects including award packages price changes field extras manage lot budget revisions by project in Newstar process contract packages contracts scope work pay schedule OCIP form CalStrs if applicable request verify insurance documents input into Newstar Insurance Tracking System enroll into OCIP if applicable maintain construction contract vendor logs pertinent insurance W9 contractor licenses manage release purchase orders base house Vendor Portal per construction phase establish current manufacturer maintenance care instructions project for Warranty dept saved SP notify Subcontractors Superintendents sequence sheet had changes process change-orders obtain necessary approvals correct codes ensure quality control etc track file award packages executed contracts/price schedules vendor files Sharepoint coordinate Accounts Payable invoice related issues/concerns scrub lots phase/project send NOC vendors base house Send Track NOCs after completion each phase revise purchase orders needed upload revise documents Vendor Portal Sharepoint as needed standards options book model disclosures etc track utility manufacturer rebates frequent communication Trade Partners Sales Construction Project Management Escrow Warranty Accounting provide expert guidance quality craftsmanship streamlined process those affected can focus moving forward
