    Description
    What is the scope of work for this vendor worker during this period?

    Coordination and production of virtual and in-person workshops and their setup (including facilitator coordination, communications to learners, and logistics management for all sessions)

    Manage the technology and enrollment process of our programs - partnering with our tech team to troubleshoot issues that arise, and utilize a bug ticket system to help with intake of user feedback

    Skill/Experience/Education

    Mandatory

    BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

    3-5 years of training coordination or event management experience (producing or planning events).

    Outstanding attention to detail and operational rigor to drive process

    Ability to own multiple projects or programs from end to end

    Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks

    Highly organized and detailed-oriented

    Excellent communication skills

    A resourceful problem solver with little to no oversight needed

    Excellent knowledge of Google Apps (esp. Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs)

    Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology and learning management systems to improve work efficiency

    Preferred Experience

    (Having as many of these is a plus, but transferable skills / experiences may be equally valuable)

    Experience with a learning management system

    Ability to assess problems and implement solutions independently

    Highly motivated professional with demonstrated coordination, organizational and communication skills.
