    The position entails overseeing and managing a team of therapists to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients.

    Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision, conducting performance evaluations, developing policies for ethical and legal compliance, offering direct clinical services, collaborating with healthcare professionals, participating in treatment planning, and maintaining patient records.

    Requirements include a Master's degree in Social Work, active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, significant clinical experience with supervisory roles, strong leadership and communication skills, familiarity with ethical and legal standards, and proficiency in record-keeping and problem-solving.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage a team of therapists to ensure highquality care is provided to patients
    • Provide clinical supervision and support to therapists
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to therapists
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards
    • Provide direct clinical services to patients
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
    • Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
    • Attend and participate in meetings and trainings as required
    • Procuring contracts from hospitals to enable the provision of therapy and case management services including negotiation, compliance, and coordination, and relationship building with hospital administration.
    • Develop and assist in designing therapy programs aimed at generating new revenue sources, leveraging expertise to create innovative approaches and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    Requirements:

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
    • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-S) in the state of Alabama
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
    • Strong leadership and management skills

    • Knowledge of ethical and legal standards related to mental health practice
