    Fraser is looking for a Mental Health Professional (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC; PT; DPT; OTR; OTD; CCC-SLP) to provide leadership for Fraser culture, broad clinical oversight and budget management at the Minneapolis clinic. In addition to general clinic operations, you will support and may provide clinical services, which may include assessment, intervention, consultation, and supervision for children and adolescents in specific scope of practice.

    Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate a culture of team-care within internal staff at assigned site and across Fraser clinics and

      divisions as well as with external partners; promote collaboration across programs
    • Provide day-to-day broad clinical oversight for all staff providing services in a designated Fraser clinical site
    • Work with all staff to ensure weekly and annual client service hour targets are met in order to meet or exceed annual budget
    • Work with all staff to ensure all clinical documentation meets expected timelines and regulatory standards.
    • Oversee outpatient services, work with Senior Directors and Program Directors to develop new site programs.
    • Actively monitor applicable rules and regulations and ensure clinical compliance
    • Participate in Fraser strategic planning efforts and annual MBO Goal development
    • Find new ways to be even more meaningful, effective and efficient for our families, staff and partners
    • Support and coordinate parent concerns/complaints, consistency of care, clinical onboarding, and staff training
    • Support supervisors and staff in maintaining all building guidelines and policies
    • Attend monthly finance review meeting to provide input on key drivers on site financial performance
    Location/Schedule:
    • Fraser Minneapolis
    • Full-time, Monday-Friday standard business hours
    Education/Licensure:
    • Current clinical licensure from the State of Minnesota (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC; PT; DPT; OTR; OTD; CCC-SLP) required.
    • Board approved clinical supervisor, preferred
    Other Requirements:
    • Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record required.
    • Ability to successfully complete MDHS criminal background study.
    • Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to recognize problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions required.
    • Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required.
    • Ability to effectively lead employees by demonstrating strategic vision and commitment to change.
    • Ability to effectively manage budgets and oversee financial performance of the site.
