    This individual will be working at our buildings all over the surrounding areas and have use of a company vehicle.


    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilating, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment and systems to optimize energy useOperate a variety of equipment such as hand tools, lap top computers and diagnostic hardware to perform workInstall, maintain and repair computerized electronic pneumatic and digital direct control devises related to HVAC and heat controlOperate various measuring, diagnostic and testing instrumentsRequisition material and supplies from stockroom, calls vendors to discuss needs for parts and supplies, and recommends purchases and suppliersRead complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics and wiring diagramsMaintain electronic/pneumatic testing equipmentPerform brazing, soldering, pipefitting, welding and fabricationMaintain underground steam distribution system through repair and/or replacement of partsResponsible for 24-Hour emergency maintenance call outs; carry mobile phone/radio as required for on-call MaintenanceEnsure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelinesAll other duties as assignedQualificationsQualificationsExperience, Knowledge and Education:High School diploma or GED equivalent required5 years experience required; specific experience with Boilers and Chillers preferredBilingual (Spanish) a plusKnowledge in a variety of trade areas common to the field of HVAC/RKnowledge of the use and operation of hand tools, power tools, and equipmentEffectively communicate both orally and in writingMust be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently with excellent attentionMust be able to work independently with little directionMust have basic computer skills (email, CMMS, etc)

    Physical Requirements:
    Ability to lift 50 pounds

    Additional Requirements:
    Successfully pass pre-employment screening. EPA Refrigerant Certification license requiredTechnical license requiredEmployee must have reliable transportation to and from work each day
