- Travel to install, train, troubleshoot, and repair Sawing Systems and CNC Profile Machining Centers at customer sites throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
- Train Customers to operate their machines to get optimal performance.
- Provide High-Quality Technical Support to our Customers. By phone, email, video conference, and in person.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance.
- Setup and Maintain Machines in our demonstration center
- Install Machine Options.
- Associate's Degree or Technical School Certifications
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Detailed understanding of electrical circuits and components that are used in machine tools.
- Experience working with servo drives, servo motors, and VFDs.
- Experience working with PLCs, HMI Touchscreen Controls, and operating machine tools (industrial machinery).
- Ability and work experience with CNC controls and CAM software.
- Mechanical Skills The ability to use basic hand tools and measurement devices.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience traveling as a field service engineer. This position will be approximately 75% travel.
