Construction Estimator
Scott Humphrey has partnered with a large and reputable general contractor to assist in finding the Construction Estimator for their headquarters in San Antonio.
As an Estimator will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction of K-12, Light Industrial, Big Box Retail, Medical Office, Multifamily, and Commercial projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.
Responsibilities:
Estimating Project focus:
Large Commercial, Healthcare, Aviation, K-12, Hospitality, and other.
Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
Develop and manage project schedules.
Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
Implement and execute a Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years as an Estimator, bidding projects over $5M-$1B in value for GC Company.
