    Top qualities include:
    Process improvement experience, including Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt; a degree in industrial engineering is a plus.
    - Meeting facilitation experience. I'm looking for someone who is an engaging meeting facilitator. That means being able to lead, actively listen, and easily record notes. They don't need to be a SME but must be able to actively apply what is explained in meetings to keep up in conversations.
    A self-starter who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
    A skilled and articulate communicator.

    Candidates Must Haves:
    A minimum of 5 years experience in process improvement experience, including Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
    - Strong documentation and data analysis skills.
    Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university in Engineering, Pharmacy, IT, or related field of study.
    Experience with MS Office suite of tools and software, especially Visio and Project.
    PMP, ACP, or equivalent is a plus.
    Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

    PROCESS IMPROVEMENT LEAD POSITION SUMMARY
    The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) was signed into law on November 27, 2013 intending to promote greater safety of Rx products.
    The goal is to build a fully electronic, interoperable system to identify and trace prescription drugs through the supply chain. Full track and trace will be achieved by:
    Facilitating the electronic exchange of transaction information for each sale of prescription drugs.
    Improve the efficiency of recalls.
    Use product identifiers to verify products at the item level.

    In this role, you will manage projects related to this exciting and trailblazing program and other cross-functional initiatives.
    Under limited supervision, you will be responsible for establishing, leading, and executing assigned continuous process improvement initiatives, acting as a liaison between operational and technical teams to identify, analyze, and translate business needs into high-quality process improvement solutions. You will assist with establishing business cases, ROIs, and consulting with the business to propose recommendations for senior management approval.

    AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
    Leads cross-functional teams tasked with solving business issues requiring operational and/or technical solutions, providing insight on operational processes, policies/regulatory changes, and/or system functionality.
    Analyzes, documents, and maps operational processes through workflows. Captures pertinent process step details so that opportunities for process improvements, benchmarks, key performance indicators, current metrics, and target objectives can be defined.
    Utilizes Six Sigma / DMAIC and related techniques to define appropriate improvement opportunities.
    Contributes to strategic meetings to review, evaluate, and/or propose new business opportunities through the implementation/enhancement of operational and/or technical solutions, which are intended to improve customer relationships and operating efficiencies while reducing costs.
    Creates and drives improvement plans to completion.
    Develops, maintains, and provides process expertise to deliver knowledge transfer to cross-functional operational and technical areas for skill development.
    Carries out responsibilities according to the organization's policies and procedures, best practices, as well as in accordance with state, federal, and local laws, including applicable safety rules and regulations.
    Strong documentation skills creating supporting documentation, including workflows, work instructions, SOPs, and other related documentation.
    Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
    Highly organized with the ability to manage and track multiple tasks and activities.
    Ensures that tasks are completed on time.
    Excellent communication skills; individual will work directly with Anda customers and vendors.
    Coordinates various user acceptance testing with business stakeholders and end users.
    Performs all activities in compliance with the internal and external requirements/standards controls.
