Machine Operator | Platemaking Technician

Shift: Monday Friday, 12pm 8pm (training will be 8am 4pm)

Your new gig:

As a Plate Technician, you will be on your feet most of the day, using state-of-the-art equipment to produce, cut, package and ship Flexo printing plates to internal customers for five different plants. This fast-paced role requires high quality results and customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction with plate deliveries.

Read and understand customer specifications to properly set up plate layout on platemaking software
Transfer large sheets of photopolymer between processing machines
Perform quality checks and complete required documentation
Maintain record-keeping and inventory of supplies
Operate a pallet jack and/or forklift to transport materials as needed

What you need to succeed:

You are very detailed-oriented
At least 1 year of operating industrial equipment or machines
High school diploma required (Associate Degree preferred)
Must be proficient in Microsoft programs with the ability to learn proprietary applications required to produce Flexo plates
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required
