    We are in search of a dedicated and well-structured Project Assistant to become part of our team

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Assistant to assist our management team in various administrative tasks. This position will involve supporting the coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure their timely completion. It presents a great opportunity to acquire valuable experience in project management within a lively and ever-changing setting.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Support the creation and upkeep of project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and tracking sheets.
    • Track project advancement and deadlines, recognizing any potential risks or challenges.
    • Work closely with team members to guarantee the timely achievement of project goals and milestones.
    • Conduct research and collect data to bolster project aims and decision-making processes.
    • Aid in the coordination of project-related gatherings, training sessions, and demonstrations.
    • Execute additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as directed by the management.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in project management or a related field.
    • Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication prowess.
    • Capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-energy environment.
    • Strong aptitude for problem-solving and the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
    • Familiarity with project management techniques and resources is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Familiarity with Regulatory necessities for Medical Device is advantageous but not mandatory.
