    Nurse (LPN/RN)

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Empowering Abilities.

    About the Role

    • Treat every individual with dignity and respect.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and revising individual health care plans. They will also administer medications and perform treatments as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develops individualized health care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.



    • Administers medication in accordance with established protocols.


    • Provides support during admissions, transfers, and discharges ensuring a seamless experience for residents.
