    Summary

    The Value Added Services Systems Analyst II plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems to collect data for advanced analytics to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The Value Added Services Systems Analyst II collaborates with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    Job Duties
    • Design and maintain data model solutions that align with business requirements and goals; create system architecture diagrams, workflows, and data flow diagrams to visualize proposed solutions; evaluate different technology options and provide recommendations based on feasibility and scalability
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges; gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements to improve the system; conduct thorough analysis of current system and processes to identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and requirements; design and develop visual representations, such as dashboards, reports, and charts, to convey complex data and insights to end users
    • Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data inputs and outputs; continuously evaluate and improve data quality processes, adapting them to changing data landscapes and business requirements
    • Design and implement scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data
    • Prepare comprehensive documentation including system requirements, specifications, user manuals, and technical diagrams; maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle
    Qualifications
    • Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in system analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience with data modeling, process modeling, and system design.
    • Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development lifecycle.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
    • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
    • The Value Added Services Systems Analyst II requires three (3) - five (5) years of experience in systems analysis, including proficiency in requirements gathering, system design, data quality assurance, and the creation of user-friendly visualizations.
