- Minimizes lost sales caused by inventory availability through accurate forecasting.
- Analyzes strategic metrics such as dollar and unit sell-through sales, weeks of supply, average unit retail, door count grading, and brick-and-mortar versus e-commerce sales.
- Develops and shares continuous sales reporting including sales results, promotional tracking, and marketing effectiveness.
- Evaluates emerging trends, rationale, and competitive landscape to drive improvements in current business practices. Develops strategies to expand market segment share.
- Creates forecasting models using historical data, current trends, and insights from Key Account managers.
- Develops and utilizes comprehensive tools and analysis to ensure sales health, identify top-selling trends, make strategic purchases, and plan for future seasons.
- Manages account SPS reports, offers training and support to the Sales team, and leads ad-hoc analyses required for internal reviews to support sales strategies.
- Responsible for establishing and managing top Franchise Ladders to oversee inventory levels and business health in the US market.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, finance, economics, or related fields.
- Minimum three years of experience in merchandise planning/buying, e-commerce vendor management, business analysis, or brand management within the industry.
- Prior experience in managing inventory plans for Key Accounts.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels and in front of large audiences.
- Proficiency in a variety of tools, willingness to learn new tools, and expertise in performing regression analysis.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for creating visually compelling reports.
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to synthesize large datasets, and devise innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
