    BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Full-Time Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) for Christian Hospital (St. Louis, MO) - Graphics (Echocardiology) Dept

    New Grads, upcoming grads, and experienced welcome to apply

    $7,500 Sign on Bonus Eligible

     Position Details:

    • Full-Time Day Shift: Monday-Friday 7am – 3:30pm
    • Paid On-Call: You'll be compensated for every 5th week & 1 holiday per year for being on-call, even if you're not called in, with premium pay if you
    • Performs tests and procedures at various locations throughout the hospital, maintains accurate patient logs in EPIC, updates daily charges in the computer, utilizes cardiac lab menus in the computer, maintains cardiac lab patient files
    •  Fantastic learning opportunities to gain experience and learn cutting edge echo guided procedures

    Requirements:

    • Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency 
    • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) 

    Experience:

    • New grads welcome to apply
    • No previous experience required

    The ECHO and Stress department of CH performs in depth testing to determine the functioning the human heart

    Preferred Qualifications

    Role Purpose

    The Cardiac Sonographer performs a variety of cardiac testing, including treadmill stress testing, holter monitoring, transthoracic echocardiography, transesophageal echo, stress echo and cardiac doppler.

    Responsibilities

    • Performs tests and procedures at various locations. 
    • Maintains accurate patient logs.
    • Updates daily charges in the computer, utilizes cardiac lab menus in the computer. xhmxlyz
