    Backend Software Engineer (NodeJS/NestJS)

    Austin – Texas (Hyrbid)

    Salary - $130,000 - $160,000 + Medical + Dental + 401K + PTO + Bonuses + Own Office Equipment

    Are you a Backend Software Engineer experienced in Node.JS/Nest.JS, looking to work for an exciting start-up company with excellent hands on training and structured progressions?

    My client are an exciting start-up in the renewable energy sector, specializing in energy and battery storage.

    As a Backend Software Engineer you will be required design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NodeJS/NestJS whilst implementing robust data storage solutions using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and InfluxDB. Lastly, you will be integrate messaging protocols such as MQTT for efficient communication between devices and servers.

    The Person:

    *Experience with NestJS or NodeJS

    *Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or InfluxDB

    *Kubernetes and Docker Container experience.

    *Experience with MQTT, Kafka, or Modbus

    Responsibilities:

    *Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS or NodeJS

    *Implement data storage solutions using MongoDB, PostgreSQL or Influx DB.

    *Deploy and manage microservices using Kubernetes and Docker
