- Managing a remote development team of developers creating outstanding applications and games.
- Lead software development activities from design concept through implementation.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure only high quality software is committed.

- 20+ years of engineering experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Hands on programming experience with C, C#, JavaScript, and Unity
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management or leadership roles
- Experience coaching and mentoring remote development teams including performance management, performance reviews, and individual development plans.
- Good communicator with the ability to work as part of a team of diverse skills and interact directly with clients.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with game development, mobile apps, and web based applications or games
- Experience with project and issue management using Jira

The successful applicant will manage a team of engineers responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of large scale, secure, and high quality multi-platform Digital Twin, interactive 3D training, and real world simulation applications.
