    Our organization prides itself on excellence in math education and developing strong relationships with our families and community. At Mathnasium of Leesburg, we teach math in a way that makes sense to students from 1st Grade through High School. We want our students to develop a love of learning and confidence in their math skills.

    Position Overview

    The Center Director will be a a growth minded professional with a desire to change the way students view math and motivated to provide more math education to students in Leesburg. The ideal candidate must be detailed minded, have good follow-through skills, be highly motivated and very enthusiastic and an interest in sales.

    The Center Director will go through an extensive training to understand Mathnasium, the Instructor role and the Center Director role. As the program is completed, Center Director Talents to manage the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including responsibility over profit and loss, customer service, hiring/training staff, optimizing the enrollment process, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities to schools and your surrounding community.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Selling the program in person, by email, and by phone; generating a steady stream of new enrollment
  • Strategic planning; evaluate center KPI's and implement effective measures to drive sales, improve team performance and enhance parent satisfaction.
  • Participate in local marketing events, foster collaborative relationships with local schools and organizations.
  • Recruit, select, train and develop highly engaged Instructors and develop a team focused on love of learning, math education. .
  • Ensure the Mathnasium MethodTM is utilized for all student instruction. Develop rapport with staff and create a fun learning environment.
  • Conduct student assessments while creating and monitoring learning plans according to student's mastery level. Ensuring a customized plan is provided for each student.
  • Communicate and meet with parents to review student's progress throughout completion of their program.
  • Be able to discuss math pathways in LCPS
  • Compensation: $45, $55,000.00 per year
