- Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up asking questions and learning about their financial needs banking channel preferences Identifies solutions for new existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging communicating with them Maintains working knowledge consumer business banking products services including digital products services Provides consistent optimal client experience greeting processing basic transactions Develop collaborative partnerships branch team members partners best serve clients Opens new accounts completes service requests submits credit applications Proactively educates clients emerging self-service digital products assist meeting financial needs Leverages available resources technologies optimize client experience serve operational excellence accuracy
