- Aid clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences, and help with feeding
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful interactions and activities
- Deliver personalized care tailored to each client's unique care plan
- Assist in mobility, transfers, and exercises to enhance physical health
- Maintain a tidy and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as required
- Document care provided and communicate any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team
- Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks
- Prior experience as a professional caregiver
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (if needed for client transportation)
