- Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university (desired) in a technical field or a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

- Ability to travel sporadically within CONUS sites.
- U.S. Citizenship required and you must already possess a federal security clearance at the Secret level with the ability to be cleared at the Top Secret level if needed.

SA-TECH is currently looking to hire an RF Engineer with experience in measuring antenna gain and Radar Cross Section (RCS) for our research & development efforts at Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, CA.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the accurate data collection, processing, reporting, and presenting of antenna gain and RCS data. You will also have the opportunity to formulate and execute new and improved concepts, theories, and techniques of advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms.
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: DSP, digital filtering, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR) data processing, image editing and reconstruction (IER), and statistical signal processing.
This position may require infrequent travel to various sites within the Continental US (CONUS).
